Wireless Technology

Using 802.11b technology, Dash monitors are designed to be integrated into your existing wireless network. Wireless ECG acquisition allows patients stay "connected" to the bedside monitor while they are ambulatory. Telemetry waveforms captured by ApexPro are displayed on the Dash monitor, as well as at the central station, allowing you to respond to changes in patient status at a moment's notice.  In addition, WPA and WEP technology ensure the secure wireless transmission of patient data.

Not only can it withstand the rigors of tough clinical use and cleaning, the CARESCAPE V100 monitor’s battery has a long run time – typically eight to 11 hours before requiring recharge. And if the battery is discharged, it maintains the data, and you can plug it in and continue to use the monitor.
